Value of high-quality logistics: Evidence from a clash between SF Express and Alibaba

Summary
A natural experiment involving the temporary removal of SF Express from Alibaba shows that losing a high-quality delivery option reduces sales and changes the sales mix. The effect is strongest for popular, expensive, and less-discounted products.
